Today was our first experience at Artemis Orthodontics, but I can tell we will be patients for life. Immediately upon entering, everyone was so warm and friendly. We were there to consult about a habit appliance for my seven year old that has not been able to stop sucking her finger. Not once did I feel pressured, and the entire staff was so great with my daughter. Dr. Bennie was so clear and helped me understand what was needed without feeling like a sales pitch. Jessica, the patient care coordinator, then took over and she was so personable, yet professional. This is definitely a bit of a drive for us, but for a privately owned practice with this level of staff, we will gladly make the drive.

Behind all of my trauma and anxiety from previous dentist offices, I found Dr. Bennie and her amazing staff. From the very first day I walked into the office, I immediately felt at ease. The environment was welcoming, calming, and completely different from what I had experienced before. Dr. Bennie herself is absolutely amazing, and her staff made me feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. I left the office without the worries or concerns I usually carry after a dental visit. I had a great experience during my orthotics consultation. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and professional. The assistant, Kailyn, was incredibly gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Jessica, the manager, was informative, patient, and took the time to explain all of my options without any pressure. She helped me weigh the pros and cons of braces versus aligners, and together we decided that aligners would work. They offer dental monitoring throughout treatment which makes the whole process even more convenient. Dr. Bennie was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident in my decision. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and I highly recommend so far.

Even though I haven’t officially started my Oliv aligner treatment yet, my experience with Artemis Smiles has already been amazing. From my consultation, the entire team made me feel so much less nervous and genuinely excited to begin my smile journey. Jessica was absolutely wonderful!
