Appointments and Communications

SMS/Text and Call Communications
By providing your mobile number to Artemis Smiles Orthodontics, you agree to receive appointment reminders, confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling notifications, treatment updates, insurance and billing notifications, and occasional practice announcements by text message (SMS) and by phone call at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving treatment.
How you opt in
You may opt in by:
- Providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our new patient intake form (online or in office);
- Providing your mobile number when booking through our online scheduling system; or
- Confirming your number and consent verbally in office or by phone, which we document in your record.
The consent language on our intake and booking forms reads:
