I had a great experience during my orthotics consultation. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and professional. The assistant, Kailyn, was incredibly gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Jessica, the manager, was informative, patient, and took the time to explain all of my options without any pressure. She helped me weigh the pros and cons of braces versus aligners, and together we decided that aligners would work. They offer dental monitoring throughout treatment which makes the whole process even more convenient. Dr. Bennie was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident in my decision. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and I highly recommend so far.

Even though I haven’t officially started my Oliv aligner treatment yet, my experience with Artemis Smiles has already been amazing. From my consultation, the entire team made me feel so much less nervous and genuinely excited to begin my smile journey. Jessica was absolutely wonderful! She was patient, kind, and took the time to answer every single one of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood my treatment plan, which really helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Yavari was also incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and professional.
